Emotionally Me Academy exists to provide a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment. Every member deserves to feel welcomed, heard and treated with kindness. By participating in our community, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Our Values

We encourage compassion, curiosity, respect, inclusion, personal growth and constructive discussion. We recognise that everyone has different experiences and opinions, and we ask members to communicate with empathy.

Be Respectful

Treat others with courtesy and respect. Healthy debate is welcome, but personal attacks, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, harassment or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Keep It Safe

Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, substance misuse, violence or any behaviour that could place another person at risk. If someone appears to be in crisis, encourage them to seek appropriate professional or emergency support rather than relying on the community.

Protect Privacy

Respect your own privacy and the privacy of others. Do not post confidential information, personal addresses, phone numbers, financial details or anyone else's private information without permission.

Educational Community

Emotionally Me Academy is an educational platform, not a substitute for professional healthcare. Please avoid presenting personal opinions as medical facts or offering clinical diagnoses or treatment advice.

Content Standards

Do not post unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, defamatory or misleading content. Spam, advertising, repetitive promotions and unauthorised commercial activity are not permitted.

Intellectual Property

Please respect copyright. Do not upload or distribute content you do not have permission to share, and do not copy or redistribute Academy materials outside your membership licence.

Reporting Concerns

If you see behaviour that breaches these guidelines, please report it to our team rather than engaging in arguments. We will review concerns fairly and, where appropriate, take action.

Enforcement

To protect the community, we may edit or remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts or permanently remove access where these guidelines or our Terms of Service are seriously or repeatedly breached.

Changes

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time as the Academy evolves. The latest version will always be published on our website.
