Our Commitment
Emotionally Me Academy is committed to providing a respectful, supportive and educational environment. While we promote emotional wellbeing and mental health education, we also recognise the importance of safeguarding and directing people to appropriate sources of help when they may be at risk.
Scope of the Academy
Emotionally Me Academy is an educational platform. We do not provide crisis intervention, emergency response, clinical treatment, counselling or mental health services. Participation in the Academy does not create a therapeutic or healthcare relationship.
If You Are in Crisis
If you believe you or someone else is at immediate risk of serious harm, do not rely on Emotionally Me Academy for urgent support. Contact your local emergency services, your GP, NHS 111 (where appropriate), your local mental health crisis team, or another appropriate emergency or crisis support service immediately.

Emotionally Me is not a crisis service.
Community Safety
We ask all members to help create a safe environment by treating others with respect, avoiding abusive or harmful content, and not encouraging self-harm, suicide, violence, eating disorders, substance misuse or other behaviours that could place someone at risk.
Safeguarding Concerns
If you become aware of content or behaviour within the Academy that you believe presents a genuine safeguarding concern, please report it to us as soon as possible at support@emotionallymeacademy.com. We will review reports promptly and take reasonable action where appropriate within the scope of our platform.
Our Response
Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, or take other reasonable moderation actions to help protect our community. We cannot investigate emergencies or provide emergency intervention, and we may advise individuals to seek appropriate professional support.
Privacy and Safeguarding
We respect members' privacy. However, where we reasonably believe there is a serious and immediate risk of harm, we may take appropriate steps permitted by law and our policies to protect individuals or comply with legal obligations.
Working Together
Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. By using Emotionally Me Academy, you agree to act responsibly, report genuine concerns and help us maintain a safe, welcoming and respectful learning environment.
