What we do with your information
A plain-English version of the promise behind everything here. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy — but this is the heart of it.
Your reflections stay on your device. When you write something down here, it’s saved only on your phone or computer. It never reaches our servers — we genuinely can’t read it.
How you feel is never tied to you. When you tap how you’re feeling, we only ever count it anonymously. We might learn “a lot of people arrive feeling overwhelmed” — never “you felt overwhelmed.”
We don’t track what you read. No advertising pixels. No trackers. No cookies following you around the internet. TikTok, Facebook and Google never find out what you looked at here.
We use social media to reach you, never to track you. We might share helpful content on TikTok or Instagram to bring people in — but we never send your information back out to them.
We only keep what we truly need. Your email, so you can log in. Your progress, so you can pick up where you left off. That’s it — and you can delete it any time you like.
The only thing we measure is which pages get visited — a simple, private count that stays with us, so we can make the site gentler and better. Never to build a picture of you.
That’s the whole deal. You get understanding and support; all we ask is your email, so we can keep your place. Nothing more.
